Since, Spenth uses Microsoft's speech engine, you need to have one before you use this software but don't get worried, majority of windows have it pre-installed.
Spenth is also not going to be a burden on your hard drive. Neither is it going to mess your registry because I've made it a stand-alone .exe version that does not need installation or extraction. Just download the Spenth.exe file and double-click to run it.
